Tony is a Senior Relationship Manager with RBC Royal Bank focusing on Agriculture & Agri-Business in Manitoba.

He has been a director in a number of other non-profit boards including Association for Community Living (now enVision Community Living) from 1994 to 2000.  Tony has 2 brothers who have been assisted by Envision since 1994.

Carrie is the Human Resources Manager at Barkman Concrete and has a real passion for non-profit organizations. She has experience with and education about non-profit organizations, and she volunteers with a local equine therapy organization.

Lou is retired from his business of building wooden trusses, and now works part time at his church. He has been on the Foundation Board since 2005. Lou’s son lives in an enVision home and is supported in an enVision day service.

Marcel graduated from the University of Manitoba with a degree in economics and then graduated from Law School in 1982. He has been practicing law since 1983 and in 1987 became a partner at the law firm of Smith, Neufeld, Jodoin with a practice specializing in civil litigation.

Marcel is presently a senior partner at the law firm of Smith, Neufeld, Jodoin and has been a guest speaker at the Law Society of Manitoba on a number of topics including law office management and computerization. Marcel has been a member of the board of directors of a number of charitable and non-profit organizations and has a step-daughter who has Down Syndrome and is assisted through Eastman Employment Services.

Geoff is Operations Manager at Clearview Co-op. He has been on the Steinbach Chamber of Commerce board as well as numerous other volunteer and non-profit boards. Geoff’s son has autism and will be making use of enVision’s services in the future. Geoff is excited about the opportunity to continue to give back to his community.

Reinnie is a partner at Blue River Group Chartered Professional Accountants LLP in Niverville. He has been a member of other non-profit boards, including Abundance Canada, Tearfund Canada, and the E.M. Conference where he has done presentations on what it means to be a charity in Canada.
